Our new boat “M/V Selkie” is was built in 2014 and was put on the sea in 2015!!!
This beautiful lady is made of steel and larger than the former. Almost 50 m2 upper deck, larger diving deck, embedded dive sea-level platform, higher performance engine and brand new infrastructure are a few highlights of our new boat. The boat is designed to welcome 45 persons + crew.
The name “Selkie” comes from mythological creatures found in Scottish, Irish, and Faroese folklore. Selkies are said to live as seals in the sea but shed their skin to become human on land. The legend is apparently most common in Orkney and Shetland and is very similar to those of swan maidens. (Wikipedia)
